The Panaracer R'Air is a lightweight racing inner tube for riders who want a more supple feel than a conventional butyl tube without moving to latex. Panaracer developed R'Air to combine the ride characteristics associated with latex with the familiar durability and everyday practicality of butyl. It suits performance road, all-road and fast recreational riding where vibration absorption and tyre conformity matter.

More Flexible Casing. Panaracer's Air Flex Lite Butyl compound has approximately 2.1 times the elasticity of conventional butyl. The additional flexibility allows the tube to deform more readily with the tyre as it passes over uneven surfaces, helping improve vibration absorption and road-surface conformity. This gives R'Air its characteristically supple ride while retaining the straightforward handling of a butyl inner tube.

Easy to Repair. Unlike some alternative performance tube materials, R'Air can be repaired with a conventional butyl patch kit. It remains a standard tube-type system, so no tubeless-ready rim, valve or sealant is required.
